luxury environment. To maintain the integrity of our services and respect the time of both our
clients and providers, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following policies.
We accept the following forms of payment:

• Buy Now, Pay Later options: Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. This deposit is
applied toward your service total and is non-refundable.
We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to protect our team’s time and ensure availability
for all clients.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full cost of the
service being charged to the card on file.
● No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
● Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will be
charged the full price of the missed service.
● Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late will receive a shortened service for the remainder
of the scheduled time, with the full service fee still applied.
To preserve the value of our expertise and time, please note:
● No refunds will be issued on services, packages, retail products, or gift cards.
● Gift cards are final sale and non-redeemable for cash.
● Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
● Packages may only be transferred to another treatment area upon request. In these
cases, any difference in pricing must be paid by the client.
● Only upgrades are permitted. Downgrading to a lower-priced package or service
is not allowed.
Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your
service.
Clients receiving advanced aesthetic treatments may be required to complete a health intake
and treatment consent form prior to the session.
